Prices, payment and shipping

The organiser publishes the valid ticket prices on the website. The applicable statutory value added tax is included in the price.

After calling up the “Checkout” page and entering personal data as well as payment and visitor contact details, all order details are finally displayed again on the order overview page.

The total price of the order including all fees is due for payment immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Payment is possible by credit card or immediate bank transfer. After clicking on the button “Buy Now” the buyer is asked to either provide his/her credit card details or account details for a Sepa direct debit in order to execute the payment in a secure way or is directed to the site of a payment service provider (Klarna, Giropay, iDeal) for secure payment.

Buyers must print out tickets themselves or present them on a suitable terminal for admission. Tickets will not be sent by post by the organiser. The organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft or misuse of tickets.

Tickets will be handed over at the reception desk of the Museum after full payment has been received, upon presentation of the ticket(s) and any necessary proof of entitlement to a reduced-price ticket. A ticket is validated and cancelled beforehand by scanning the barcode printed on the ticket at the entrance to the gate. Each ticket is valid for a single visit and expires after leaving the exhibition. Tickets must be kept for the entire duration of the visit and must be presented at any time on request. Visitors who do not have a ticket may be asked to leave the exhibition.

Purchased tickets may not be resold for commercial and business purposes without the prior consent of the organiser.

The organiser reserves the right to take legal action in case of violation.
